Returns Policy Coronavirus Update
We Love Linen are currently operating business as usual. Measures have been put in place to look after our staff who are working from home and the safe handling of orders. We have decided to extend our returns policy to 45 days from the date of receipt for all orders made from March 2020.

Terms & Conditions
If you wish to return an unwanted item, please email our customer service team at email@example.com who will issue you with our returns address and a unique returns reference number. Please return your product unused in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund.
The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer unless faulty.
We currently do NOT offer "Click & Collect" or free return service.
Duvets and pillows must be returned unused with their original safety tags attached. Duvet and pillow products returned without the original tags will not be eligible for a refund.
