If you wish to return an unwanted or faulty item, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will issue you with our returns address and a unique returns reference number. Please confirm the full details of your unwanted or faulty product within 14 days and it must be returned within 28 days.
An unwanted product must be returned unused in it's original condition and packaging.
The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer unless faulty.
We currently do not offer Click & Collect or a free return service.
Duvets and pillows must be returned unused with their original safety tags attached. Duvet and pillow products returned without the original tags will not be eligible for a refund.
