Buying your lines is now an easy, fast and effortless procedure. Place your desired product (s) in your basket, check out and we take care the rest. Your products will be delivered to your home within (approximately) 5 working days.
Where do we ship?
We love linen ships to UK / Europe/ and United States. If there is a request from another country that is not mentioned in our shipping and delivery information please contact us for a shipping quote at email@example.com. We always try our best to bring lovely linens to your home no matter how far you are!
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 (approximately) working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends].
Deliveries for curtains will be made within 5-10 (approximately) working days after place your order (excluding weekends)
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £5.00 and your order will be sent out after your payment has been verified.
Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
For orders above £50 UK Standard DELIVERY is for FREE!
International deliveries will be made within 25 working days (approximately) after you place your order [excluding Weekends].
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
Shipping will be automatically be calculated GBP at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

Here's the process for an exchange or refund:
First step of our return policy: Contact us
If you are not happy with your product, you must return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
Send an email to email@example.com with details of your return, and we will advise where to send your product and issue you a returns number (this is important, if you don't contact us first, we simply will not be able to process your refund)
For all goods you return you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of goods for us.
Then, we will process the refund or exchange:
When we receive the goods, you will be refunded the amount paid for your goods stock permitting we will send you an exchange.
If the goods are faulty, we will refund your costs of return postage (to a maximum of £5.00).
We strongly recommend you obtain a 'certificate of posting' from your post office, we can't accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
Refunds will be made to the card originally used for payment and will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.
Important Return policy notes:
If you are exchanging goods, and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned, we will refund you the difference.
If you are exchanging goods and the new item costs more than the one you returned, you will be required to pay the extra.
All items that are exchanged will attract a delivery charge at the current rate.
Any faults will be examined by our quality control laboratory before officially being deemed faulty.
We can only refund items to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item, we will let the purchaser know.
For goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount except the cost of delivery.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and original packaging.
